Designed in 2006 by David Stevens FSGD one time mentor and trainer of Adam Frost, the garden has a refined mix of hard landscaping and unusual planting. North-facing, and measuring just 97 ft. x 21ft. it is always evolving as shrubs are replaced, our plant preferences change, and in response to unpredictable growing seasons. Lots of changes are planned for 2021.
The garden is divided into two distinct spaces, separated by a "hot" border and three olive trees in large terracotta containers. Plenty of seating for relaxation and quiet reflection.
Although modest in scale, the garden is nevertheless larger than the UK average; we believe that's why so many visitors empathise with it, and find it so inspiring.
